Hello from Raintown
Posted: Wed Aug 29, 2012 10:41 pmI got into BJD's long ago via Hans Bellmer and Ryoichi Yoshida. From Yoshida I got interested in the Japanese art scene built around building and photographing BJD's (mainly wooden) which I found in various magazines like Yaso. But I'm totally new to the resin scene! I have a ball jointed mannequin which I'm repainting right now and have a doll on order from Dream of Doll. I'm excited to finally own one outside of admiring in those magazines.
I'm a photographer (in my last year of school here) and looking forward to doing much doll work.
