Dollieh Sanctuary

I'm claywimmin from Portland, Oregon. Been collecting dolliehs (this time around) for about 2 years and have amassed quite a collection. I love ALL dolliehs (well, except maybe Barbie - never been too fond of her) and my troop ranges from resins to vinyls and anywhere in between. I'd love to make my own OOAK doll but in spite of my name I'm not that great at full body sculpting (do torsos OK but not much else) am really lousy at faces, so... just thinking about it right now.
AM HAVING TROUBLE POSTING PICTURES -- HELP??!!! Can't post from Flickr (tells me my URL is invalid) and pix on my computer are not the 'right size'. I don't know squat about pixels or picture sizes so that information is no help at all...

Is there any information out there on posting pictures??????????????

Hello~ and welcome! Unfortunately I don't use Flickr, but I do believe there is a thread in the forum facts section about posting pictures from Flickr. Good luck!

I am pretty stoked right now, because i am from Portland as well.
I would LOVE to see what sorts of dollies you are into, and i would love to see your OOAK.
I am also a doll maker, and would love to see your work. - If you are having troubles with posting
photographs, i would be happy to try and help. Do you have photoshop on your computer? Do you only use Flickr?

I know nothing about Flickr, since I use photobucket to store my pictures.

I use Flickr. Mainly I get my code after clicking my pic's share button and use the img portion of the BBcode (each post can only handle 10 URLS so remove the url portion)

There's a drop down menu that lets you choose the pic size

Thanks to everybody for the welcomes and helpful suggestions! Apparently I can post images in the body of a text message, but the same URL is deemed "invalid" for posting as an avatar... confusing!
