Like, just hoooow floppy are they? I thiiink I've got a good grasp on how to restring a doll, from all the vids I've watched on it, and what I've read, but I'm still a bit nervous. But if they're only a liiiittle floppy I might just leave them as they are. I've decided I'm definitely gonna get one. Some day.

Like... incapable of doing anything, think really floppy rag doll.

Espree's so cuute. I like Mai, myself, he's who I'm thinking about getting... Although I've also been looking at the 1/3 boys. I reeeaaally like Apollo, but the size kinda overwhelms me. Suuch a reasonable price, though. And I love that junkyspot has him in stock, in white.

I like the portablity of MSD. I think 1/3s start getting to be too much to haul around. I have an MSD doll carrier, and it's just small enough to fit under the seat in front of me on an airplane. ^__^ There is only one doll who MIGHT grow up into 1/3 size, but that will be years down the road. He's a DZ Leo right now.

This is not always true of BBB/RS dolls, and they are still able to do some poses out of the box, just maybe not standing for several hours.
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

Mine and Takahirokumiko's couldn't stand, or hold an arm up at all (that's three different dolls BTW). Basically they could sit. I'd rather give someone the worst case scenario so they can be prepared.

I've got two RS MSDs, and one's a Mai, but I haven't restrung either of them. My boy stands really well <3 He'll even stand on my carpet, with it's stupidly thick pile. I haven't even sueded him yet. My girl stands all right, too, but she's a little floppier, because I've had her for a lot longer. He can't sit, though, he has to slouch forward a little, but I think that gives him a lovely "manly" sort of pose. Except for that girly, knock-kneed thing the RS MSD boys do.

You would probably be interested to know that one of the dolls I'm working on right now is Rosiel from Angel Sanctuary. (Kaori Yuki is a goddess. I LOVE her manga >_< ) Eventually Katan will join the dollieh family as well

Ooooh my gosh, I know! Oh, shoot, now I sound like a stalker, I swear I'm not... I was just lurking, while I waited to be accepted to the forum. XD
I saw your posts about it, on the junkyspot forums, and when I was browsing here.
I sooo cannot wait to see him. :3

I've been thinking about making an Alexiel doll, actually.
(But that comes after I add some Godchild characters to my doll family...)

I haven't actually made Rosiel's head yet. (He's currently wearing Anya's head.) I'm going to use the Apple B head for him.

I have a ton of characters on my "to make into a doll" list, and Katan is at the top of the list... because Rosiel will pretty much go crazy without him. (Although in the meantime, he seems content to cuddle with Luis... )
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@
