Hi, popping back in again to say Hello!

I had to leave my art job since I was leaving school and had to take the worst job ever that sucked away my life for 5 months. But I broke free, and ironically, even though I am broke...har har, I now have the time to work on my art and say hi to my dolly friends.

As some may have read, I had the opportunity to go to Tenshi no Sumika back in July and picked up a few sweeties. I had just enough time to dismantle a doll for modding before we had to move and set our life up again. We are settled now, but I do not know for how long. At the very least I have my rooting tools again to work on things here and there.

I attended a doll panel reciently in Sacramento, here are my babies:


It felt good to feel apart of the doll community again. I miss you guys!

Thank you, it's been hard to keep up on all the social stuff. I'm on four forums, deviantart, face-book and starting my own blog so it feels pretty crazy when I have time. When there's no time, I'm usually just lurking, looking at all the pretty dolls even if I don't have time to comment. I am happy to be on Dollieh Sanctuary again. ^^

I think I am an official lurker. I seriously realized this when I bought a Volks last year at AX and it (sadly) still sits in it's box, waiting to be modded. *cries*

I want to go to some doll meet-ups in Sacramento, CA. Perhaps then, I will be inspired to finish rooting a doll that has been collecting dust for years. Sadness.

So it's official, I am working on my dolls again!!!!!

This is HUGE news since I haven't worked on my dolls for almost 4, maybe even 5 years!!!!!

BUT I have even bigger news actually....
My husband and I discovered we are having a baby!!!!! Our first. I am about 10 weeks now. Strange that it made my dolly habit kick back in full force. (Psychology perhaps?) I dunno, it's wierd.

I'm laying the base coats for Snow Skin on one of my vampire dolls. I'm excited since she's the sister to another doll already finished. It will be great to photograph them together. I'm probibly going to do a wig since rooting takes FOEVS and time is ticking for me!!!!
