Where can I buy Amazing Sculpt or Apoxie Sculpt that is not the internet? Does hobby lobby carry it? Is milliput the same thing?

I just need a small amount to fill in a 'mod' done on a doll I've got. Previous owner got exacto happy.

I think taxidermy stores carry it sometimes? I have no idea at all, I had to get mine off the internet >_o Milliput is similar, but softer I think? It should work well for filling in gaps, for sure.
