I just read a cute manga/yaoi called "Lovers Doll". It's all about a doll that is looking for a owner that would love him.
He keeps getting sold on the Internet. One day he gets bought by a guy that makes doll clothes and it's love at first sight.

Aw that was really sweet! (It does make me wish the UK was as accepting of people's hobbies/strange peccadilloes; loving the way it was shown as just another hobby not creepy or weird or anything)

Aww, that was really sweet... it's like if the Velveteen Rabbit was a boys' love manga with a happy ending...
