I am trying to name a song I am guessing is from the 80s, it's slow and synthesizer heavy, a guy sings (kind of nasily) it and the last part goes 'na na na na nananana' or 'la' or 'da' as it fades out.
If I can trust my memory the lyrics might have something to do with 1001 and/or Arabian Nights.
I know what it's not-
Centerfold
Kiss Him Goodbye
Da Da Da Don't Love You
it's not a remake, a rock song, or something they play all the time in stadiums etc

I doubt it is the one but I instantly thought of Cry little sister even though it's not really a lalala type ending. The kid voices are kind of nasal sounding. Can't really think of any others atm.

It's not Cry Little Sister but thanks for trying. What ever it is the song isn't on that many compilation albums either.

Rush did a song that involved 1001...but I don't remember the name at all - I just remember there was a really hot blond guy in the music video hahahahaha Definitely a nasal singer though.

It's not Rush, can't miss that voice, it's softer and more 80s pop than them.

It's not Roxette, it's just a guy singing and the song is slow. And the na na part isn't in place of words it's what he actually sings.
