My dollieh is a goooood dollieh - a poem?

OK, it's a slow afternoon, so I jotted this down for the heck of it.

My dollieh is a goooood dollieh - a poem

My dollieh is a goooood dollieh,
she watches all day.
She struggles past her sisters,
steps into the fray.

My dollieh is a goooood dollieh,
looking down from her perch.
She watches intently
as I frantically search.

My dollieh is a goooood dollieh,
vinyl, plastic, metal and more.
Where are those pieces?
Ah, here on the floor.

My dollieh is a goooood dollieh,
I'm making her friend.
She patiently waits
for my fevered work to end.

My dollieh is a goooood dollieh,
her eyes so bold and clear.
She smiles at me sweetly,
knowing that the reveal is near.

My dollieh is a goooood dollieh,
you could almost swear she thinks.
So demure, so kawaii,
yet she dresses like a minx.

My dollieh is a goooood dollieh,
oh, her skirt is too tight.
I look and I fiddle,
until it fit's her just right.

My dollieh is a goooood dollieh,
these verses are done.
My dollieh is a goooood dollieh,
she knows she's number one...

LOL - actually that particular "rank" comes from a very creepy episode of an anime called Karakuri Zoushi Ayatsuri Sakon (Puppet Master Sakon). A group of adults who were in a puppet club in school are tricked into a reunion at the ruins of their old school. Over the loudspeaker comes the voice of their childhood friend who committed suicide and he says "Watashi no ningyo wa yoi ningyo" which basically translates to "My doll is a good doll" only spoken with really creepy overtones and the word "good" extended in pronunciation to make it even creepier.

I love that anime :) Sakon is a bunraku puppetteer (something like a ventriloquist mixed with a performance artist).

Wasn't sure where you got the rank from at first. When I first saw it I kinda said it out in my head in a obsessive Smeagul voice. It just felt like one of those creepy phrases for some reason.

But my poem was simply a light hearted fun thing just as I wanted, not at all creepy in any way.

LOL - it is the best of BOTH worlds :)

I wasn't meaning to spoil your fun, Highlander, I just thought it would be interesting to share where that particular "rank" came from - I think you made an awesome poem out of it!

And now every time I see it I will also hear Smeagul. I will try to refrain from calling my dolls "my precioussssss when I see them, though.
