Just to wish all the best to EVERYONE and hoping that this year brings you and yours goodness!

Best wishes also from the frozen North and may all your dolly dreams come true! I never make New Year's resolutions, but I have this year. I will be writing, even if it's only fanfics and I intend to spend less time on social media and send cards and notes to my family and friends instead.

I'm also applying for a grant for my next kid's book. If I get it, I will be hiring Native translators to translate into the major Alaskan Native languages and sending copies to the state libraries. If I don't get it, we will still self pub in English only and sell it our selves. (My sister is my illustrator and co-publisher.)

Happy New Year! Instead of New Year's resolutions I'll never keep, I'm aspiring this year. I aspire to be the happiest, healthiest me I can be in 2017. I aspire to break through my self defeating, self imposed limitations. I aspire to listen more to the voice that says "You can" and less to the one that says "I can't". I aspire to widen and deepen my circle of love. And, I aspire to do one thing that is outside my comfort zone - providing it doesn't involve potential motion sickness......

May 2017 be our happiest, most blessed and most wonder filled year yet! Happy New Year.
