Dollieh Sanctuary

So, tomorrow, Saturday the 19th is my official moving day! I'm just going from one apartment to another, but that doesn't really change any of the pains of moving - still have to pack, still have to change my address everywhere, still have to unpack.

And worst of all - still have to transfer the cable and internet service! sigh....so basically I will be unconnected from the net for probably 24hrs. Hopefully not longer, because I think I'll go into convulsions if I can get online for too long hahahahaha.

Anyway, I'm hoping a new apartment will signal a refreshing of many other things and more presence of myself, and my dolls, here on the forum

sigh....I think my father is trying to kill me. I was ready to go to my new place and have a nap at about 3pm, but he just wanted to get every last thing out of the old place....groan....by then I had a heck of a backache

the worst thing really, is that my youngest cat is totally traumatized. He spent most of the time behind the couch, and when that was ready to move he ran behind the washer! The moving guy offered to get him out, but it was a hell of a fight. Mika kept running back behind it, but finally he was locked in the bedroom. I went in there, and found him burrowed in a blanket So I just wrapped him in it and carried him to the new place. He snuck out of the blanket there when I wasn't looking, and I haven't seen him since I'm hoping he comes out by morning as I have no idea where he is hiding this time. My poor baby

The movers were great though and did a fantastic job!
