This charm came with my mixed batch of Mexican milagros charms and I can't figure out what it's supposed to be. There are five raised dots in between two vertical lines. Any help would be appreciated.

A domino? A mah-jong tile?

I think that's unlikely. Milagro charms represent little prayers (their name means "little miracle") for specific things. I can see where someone would pray for luck in playing dominos or mah jong (both are very popular with Mexican women) but I can't see where a cheese grater would represent a prayer.

I looked up both and neither turned up results. I checked Lotteria too.
Pending on the asker kitchen utensils wouldn't be out of the question or it's a gift to the patron saint of cheese graters.

I think it might be a nativity scene? Mary is seated with the baby in the middle, Joseph is standing guard on the left, and the shepherds are on the right.

It looks like nativities have pointed roofs for the manger. Perhaps this is a niche or a shrine?
