Got this from a FB post from Carrie Atwood (TinyBear) and seems to be confirmed. Scammer from Edmonton, Alberta.

I'm pretty sure this is the same person who scammed some people a couple months ago on a Tonner Facebook group that I belong to. I know paypal was used so the people got their money back at least.
