You'd think I'd be smart enough by now...

... smart enough to quit eating absolute garbage for breakfast. Oh yes, I opted for the creme horn dipped in chocolate. Why did I buy that monstrosity of a sugar casing filled with sugar dipped in sugar? Cause it was pretty, and it was the size of Godzilla. It called to me from across the bakery department. I was headed over to the fruit stand, really I was, but the giant Godzilla creme horn sang its siren song of deliciousness. I should never be allowed to go grocery shopping while hungry. I buy the most horrific stuff. Oh man it was good. ALL OF IT. /no shame

Anyone else like me out there, completely lacking in willpower?

Why do you think they're shaped like unicorn horns?

Currently....I'm 2 weeks into being a good girl. And, right as of this moment, I think my willpower could hold to most things. But, had I found a chocolate dipped cream horn the size of Godzilla, I might have caved too. That sounds wonderful.
My biggest fear at the moment is the coworker who is known to bring in awesome double chocolate chip brownies from time to time. Willpower is an unknown concept around brownies, especially really good brownies.

Oh yeah! Cake, I like cake for breakfast. With LOTS of frosting! Or pie! With ice cream. I would definitely have succumbed to that cream horn too!

The headache and sugar crash were both worth it. This time... :-)

I made up for it by having sushi for lunch. That has potential healthiness written all over it.

warm fruit pie with ice cream sounds like a ridiculously good breakfast

I ran out of almond milk the other morning and 'made' cereal with melted marshmello instead. I kind of wish I hadn't...because it was SOOOOOOOOOOO good.

Hah I know your pain, that confection sounds ridiculously "Eat me!" Though in my case I'm a terrible one for fatty rich savoury breakfast dishes. Scrambled eggs on toast, relatively healthy right? ...Not the way I make em - butter butter and more butter and cream cheese with tarragon, oh and the egg. And poached eggs with spinach - healthy right? But don't forget the hollandaise sauce... if I wasn't so aware of how awful that stuff is for you I swear I'd drink it straight out of a mug. And of course the classic cold pizza for breakfast.

(Gods and when I do go occasionally go for sweet things I really REALLY go for sweet things - sit down and munch through half a box of sugary cereal or eat most of those biscuits situation! Or chocolate what chocolate? There weren't several bars of it in the house this morning... :? )

There are some things I really cannot keep in the house - cake slices, jaffa cakes, most biscuits. I'll eat one and suddenly there'll be none left
