Yay! I get an MRI scheduled! I know, that's weird but right now I feel like that is a victory!

Found my hard drive. ^_^ Of course it would be buried in my pencil drawer. Because that makes sense right? XD

Yay! I have a pouch for mine and it stays on my desk or in my laptop bag. I also have a large thumb drive I should use for important back-ups but I keep forgetting I have it.

Monday night we should be all but mobile! Or at least Ford Taurus sitting in the driveway until we scrape together the insurance downpayment and all the other fees.

And our old insurance company is going to give us back our old policy! All the good driver and long time with them discounts because we had to stop the old policy because of theft! We'll be able to manage the payment this time around, now we just need to find out if it's registered and what the transfer fees are. It looks like goodness is finally fighting it's way out of the wet paper bag it's been in.

I'll put off asking for the oven to figure out why it doesn't want to heat up. It's the third oven for this house, it must not like baking.

If it is electric I would say you have an issue in the high voltage circuit that feeds the oven. It might be burning the elements out.

It's gas and I'm quite sure it's the heating coil element thinggy but others in the house aren't. It doesn't heat except in rare occasions if we turn a burner on, press the buttons in the right order, and have made ourselves worthy of cookies. As the stove top works we can cook we just can't bake.

The car has been delayed because they figured out the leak was the power steering, which they're fixing before we get it. These are the people that house the pony my sister can't really afford and helped us physically move in to this house. They know once we get a car and my mom and sister get back to the ranch they'll help out. It's the kind of place we would be welcome to move in as care takers for the rest of our lives if they had a place for us to live.

Going out this morning to finally get myself the cheapest Twyla I can find. I have been waiting for this since last Wednesday when I saw her first on the shelves.

That sounds to me as if the pilot light/pilot ignition is malfunctioning. Have you tried using a long fireplace lighter to light the burner?
