WELCOME TO HELL! Aside from one house we've been waiting TWO MONTHS to get a final response from others in our price range have been- in the middle of crack town, in the middle of gang town, sharing a common fence with an elementary school and the yard and driveway full of parents waiting to pick up their kids, on fire, in the shadow of a steel mill and train yard, gaping hole in the ceiling, crooked to the point that the builder didn't have a level, multi level floor in one room, damp smelling, hole where we assume a bath tub is supposed to go, bedrooms smaller than our present bathroom, where does the stove go?, across the street from the sex offender half way house where they sit on the porch and watch every move you make, neighbors with a dog kennel or hoarder.

Then again the type of loan we have requires the house be turn key or made turn key by the time we move in and looking at the way they held us up our opportunity window for this year is going to close and we'll have to reapply
