Looks like my first big test will be coming up tomorrow as we're expecting severe weather in the South during the day.

That sounds very cool. What all is involved in storm spotting? Is there a site you could point us to?

I remember seeing something like that at an accessory shop, if I could remember which one. What I really need is a pair MSD size spike bracelets or studded bracelets (its a default character thing). My 1/6 Chuns can borrow from their 1/8 or 1/7 sisters but SD size bracelets seems too long for Obi50's wrist. I have find some foam thing, 1:1 earings thing or pick up some studs and one of those stud punch.

I almost bought a studded dog collar to break down for her but its not flexible enough.

oh man, there was a guy at the renaissance festival selling leather goods, and among them he had leather rings that had those spike studs on them - they had elastic on the bottom so they were resizeable. Those would have made perfect dollieh bracelets -but I didn't get one of his business cards...I knew I should have :(

Late but a week or so ago Riven's bratz clothes came in the mail and I sewed Haruka a new outfit by hand with pants.

Now they have corrosponding outfits.

I also learned that Riven fits Winx Club clothes. If only they sold the boys clothes....

Plus his eye blanks are in and I'm now waiting happily for them to be painted.

SQUEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! She's here!! Totally without any notice from USPS (cuz I checked for updates last night), the postal carrier delivered my ShuShu elf this morning!! She's even more beautiful than I expected! I'm probably going to wait until our local meeting next weekend and have my friend, Cat, restring her for me, but I'll add some pathetic box opening photos later. Right now I need to try to get some rest before work - this allergy/cold thing is beating my butt.
