NANCY!

Look, this is what I do. I have a zero-gravity chair, so I can put my feet up. A recliner will do. I have a desk tall enough that the end of the recliner and my legs fits comfortably under it. Putting it up on bricks should do that if nothing else. The computer is on the floor, the monitor is at the near edge of the desk, and my keyboard is on a LAPDESK in my lap. The lapdesk has an additional piece sticking out for me to use the mouse on it. I can (and do) remain there comfortable and happy for hours at a time. This arrangement is very good for my back. And I have an electric throw to help keep me warm because my office is cold too. It's very cozy.

Oh god, f you start selling off the girls' clothes I will be hideously tempted....
All you damn kids get offa my lawn!

Hi Nancy,
Good to hear from you again.
Sure, you can put bookshelves on all the walls and hang up art. The bookshelves just need to have doors on them. That way you can hang the art on the doors. When they are closed, no one will know what's behind them.

This is probably a very stupid victory but it's MY victory!
After finally finding high heel shoes that fit Haruka besides boots...She can stand in them without the need of a doll stand or leaning against them.
With how stubburn she is and her hands are holding onto her hat...I've moved her around multiple times and she has continued to stand! WHO0T!
I'm like proud man! I know silly victory but this is MY silly victory!

Besides that jacket was from a set my mom got me for my birthday and it is as soft as velvet! Favorite piece of clothing I got her besides her 'Ed Elric' jacket.

They are making more Street Fighter action figures. This time from Playarts.  As long as there's no QC problem like with my FFX Auron, I'm getting another pair <3

I have no resistance when it comes to certain characters. Although 12" dolls are very hard to displaced

Finished retyping a 71 page script, Celtx is free :D, because the previous version was done on a last century Final Draft. I get the rest of today off then tomorrow I start on it's friend.

It's fangirl bait but at least it has nothing to do with vampires or werewolves or shirtless teenagers.

Thanks, guyz. Glad to be 'nearly' back. Misty - I had a laptop but the hard drive is DOA, otherwise I'd use it. I'll get another one once I'm moved, but not until after the fiscal dust of moving/selling/etc. settles.

Yeah, I'll definitely be selling off the girls' wardrobes, but first I have to get JanetT to teach me how to take decent photos so the details & whatnot are visible. I sew nicely, but admit freely I'm amongst the world's worst photographers. Cameras hate me for some reason, no matter what side of the lens I'm on.

Got my 1-yr followup with the cardiologist Friday. I presume she's gonna make me get a stress test to make sure I'm still blockage free. If I pass, I can then get my knee/tummy tuck/whatever done; if not - another angioplasty & yet another year of waiting. Wish me luck: I NEED those knees, dang it!

I need to find a good tummy-tuck surgeon around here. Shouldn't be too hard. The good news is, since I've lost almost 350+ lbs, ins. will pay for it since it isn't cosmetic. The knee surgeon's already lined up & ready anytime I can get the 'go' from the blasted cardio people.

I sympathize totally with getting your doll to stand, etc. Bella is the most recalcitrant of dolls & *won't* do anything whatsoever. I knew Limwhas were lousy posers, but this is ridiculous. She's marginally better now I've removed the wiring, but not much; now she's floppy in the wrong places, and stiff in the wrong places. And dirty-! She needs a Mr. Clean scrubby pad bath in the worst way, all over. I'm going to change her name to 'Pig Pen'....

I'll be sending healthy stress test vibes your way Nancy :)

And, you know, Limwhas are made for lounging. All that standing and posing? Pah! They'd rather lay about and look pretty any day of the week, (at least I'm convinced that's what Emile's purpose in 'life' is lol).

Speaking of...I might be giving Emile a new face-up. His was one of the first I ever did and I've become a bit sentimentally attached to it. But the artist in me is starting to become REALLY bothered by the line work...maybe it's time to give my first boy a new look. Maybe a completely different look. Bah...I'll have to see if I have the heart to wipe him clean first lol

Haruka doesn't do anything without protest. I was so excited I got her to stand on her own again. (Which even when I first got her was a miracle she didn't fall over.)
