A good production is a good production, even a local theater version is better than the 70s movie. The original album is worth a listen but only Mary and Pilate were in the movie, the rest were recast with not as great results.

I finished Craig Ferguson's book American By Choice last night. Aside from deliciously authentic and realistic info on Peter Capaldi the next Doctor the way Craig described finding comfort in his writing while his world was spinning around him was touching. So been there and needing to do that again.

I'm thinking of doing a photo story where Doctor Twelve looks for a female companion. Trouble is I need a throw away contestant that obviously won't get past the first round. I know who the final two will be and who will win but it's hung up on that one part.

I have a doll/money quandry. on one hand, there's a doll I promised myself when I got a job and saved up money, and with all the holiday pay, I could afford it. on the other hand, should I save the money for other things, like a new phone, new wacom-type tablet, drawing desk....

If the doll is a limited or will disappear soon get the doll. Will the stuff you want to replace work for awhile longer? Will the phone update and run the apps you use all the time? Will your table hold up? (sing up for JoAnn coupons because I got mine half off that way) Is the wacom still working as it should? If not replace one of them, if so get the doll and treat yourself.

my phone is 4 years old and has no apps. its not a smart phone and the battery cover is coming off, and the wacom tablet is acting funky and is old, and I have no dedicated drawing table at the moment.. bleah. as far as I know the doll will still be there at least.

There's your answer then, phone and tablet first because the tablet could lead to an opportunity.

Craft stores will get reasonable drawing table and stool sets with their back to school stuff, some of the sewing furniture works too. I had a wheeled drawers with a fold down table wing unit for my desk for quite awhile.
