Finished Winter Prey and started in on Night Prey.
I don't remember Night Prey very well... I think I only read it one time before, years ago...

The thing is, the more I learn about feminism and body politics et al. the less I am able to enjoy this kind of romantic fiction. I don't think I can stand one more "damaged woman saved by the love of a good man" book. The numerous, messed up assumptions apparent in this book were distracting, but not so horrible that I could put it down unfinished. I am, for better or worse, a chronic book finisher.
