I just got the wig I won off ebay! It only cost $9 (including shipping, and it only took two days to get to me), it's so nice and soft. And I got a really cool plate for the back of my ipod touch as a freebie.

Wheeee!!!

My sis and I just finished sewing the last of our 1/6 X-Men doll uniforms last night!!! They've been 15 years in the planning!!! (I remember we had started buying 'fabric' for them back in 1995, but ended up never making the set until now! The main problem, back in 1995 was the lack of decent 1/6 male bodies! Ken was/is just horrific, so we had to scrap the idea! Then, even after Volks and Obitsu were invented, we still didn't make them, because of other projects.) So our beloved X-Men set is well on its way now! We didn't even plan to finish them this week but rather in November, during my birthday week. However, we knew we're going to be ULTRA busy in Nov, due to relatives visiting and a super 'cleaning' spree ensuing due to their expected arrival, so my sister was like 'let's just bite the bullet and finish them now'. ^^

Anyway, I'm just thrilled they're done and they all came out really well!!!

I got my first Junkyspot order in today. It contained 3 heads and two bodies. But, one doll came together the way I saw her in my mind, Sunako.

Well, I know why I didn't go through with getting the Triads, I needed that money for Zep. The used store is having a 1st anniversary sale which means $44 box for the Led Zeppelin studio recordings box set I see using that much more than a doll. The only bummer was they were missing #5 of the Robotech Macross DVDs. Wa watching the old FHA tapes and going where's the part where Rick space walks and gets the tuna?

My Realpuki Tyni shipped today!

When I got home from work I checked my email for the last payment invoice (Technically it should've been due on the 29th but that was Sunday), so I sent it off quick as I could, and when I got up from my nap I had the shipping notice! I'd hoped that would be the case, I got home around 2 EST so I figured there'd be time.

I so should not have ordered him because I am pretty badly broke now, but I don't regret him. XD Soon my little Mustardseed shall be home! And because it's through the USPS if no one's here to sign for him I'll be able to head down to the post office and pick him up instead of waiting two or three days for the schedules to work out! XD After four months my little Mustardseed's almost home! *happydance*
