Seriously, I'm close to 40 friggin' years old and when we're out shopping or whatever, she still asks if we have to go to the bathroom. /facepalm. Mooommm.... really?????

I hate to tell you this Treth, but it will only get worse AFTER the baby is born. I swear I have no idea what happens to perfectly normal parents when they become grandparents, but it's as though the pods have taken over. My daughter is 18 now and my mom still questions every aspect of her life and how we are handling it. Parents. Ya gotta love them because you can't relocate to a place they can't get to if they think you need them.......

Oh and BTW ..... {rant} what the hell, DOA?! You want separate posts for EACH pair of shoes I have for sale?! I have over a dozen shoes/boots and you want me to make a separate post for EACH of them?! Are you insane?! Or is this your maniacal way of whittling down the MP? {rant off}

wait, what? i went and checked the mp rules. it's not saying seperate threads, unless it's dolls. clothing n stuff is still the same. unless they haven't changed the rulespage yet.

Edit - I did a bit of searching because the Rules Page isn't updated. In the Announcement about the Shoes forum, it states the following:

SHOES! I read that. I thought it seemed a little... eh, cumbersome. It's nice to separate shoes in a different forum perhaps, but to separate EVERY pair? Meh, I don't see that going over so well.

First, Treth - I hope you are prepared with this storm that's coming in!

We are expecting an ice storm overnight that the National Weather Center is calling potentially catastrophic. When our normally unflappable Fox senior meteorologist starts talking about the very real possibility that the entire metro Atlanta area could lose power and that we could be stuck in our homes for days, it's time to get concerned.

So, in the event we do lose power and I'm not around for a few days, that's the reason why! Woohoo........

My work schedule is so hectic right now... and my designer is not giving me the things I need. I have the largest amount of builds on this show out of anyone and I just had my first fitting for two people today. The show opens a week from tomorrow.
I need to build two traditional Thai outfits and a tailored jacket, but have yet to be given the fabric for any of the three. This is on top of a mountain of alterations.. and the fact none of my lab students are showing up to be my stitchers as scheduled.... I just feel like my head is going to explode.
I've done as much as I possibly can working late and starting early. I have all the patterns drafted and mock-ups made for the costumes I have to make in the next few days... but I just feel like I'm totally drowning. I'd ask for help, but the three other drapers are only slightly better off than me when it comes to the work load.... SIGH /END OF RANT

I'm laughing because we got about 6 inches of snow and I still had to go to work.

I'm about ready to pitch this tablet out the window. can't get decent pressure sensitivity in photoshop, can't get it work at all with the trial of painttool SAI. its a beautiful, large tablet, but its useless cept for manga studio, and I can't paint in that program.
