Watching a documentary about film v digital, with a rare interview with the Wachowskis. I was like, wait Lana? And they're credited as the Wachowski Brothers?? Feminist flag raised. Why was I not informed of this? What a great lead up to Yule! I wish I knew when we still had Tater pup, he would have posed for pictures to promote it.

Nothing says a desire to make dolls again like wanting a Schmendrick the Magican. And I found Eric Gury who's a better face model. I can see doing him mostly dressed and his arms the sleeves of his tunic. Time to dust off the engineering skills and try to make locking joints again. It's the elbows and knees that always get me.

And when it comes to Schmendrick I derped on how big his sleeves are. He'd get skinny arms. Damn engineering, you hard!

As I have some good reading time coming up I'm going to look at all the designing and making dolls books I have and see if I can do most of the figuring out before the mess.
