I'm so happy that I am 3/4 of the way toward having the money for my "it" doll(s). I have the money I've managed to save (though I'm sorely tempted to make an offer on a Bei for sale in the MP with that money) plus the money from the sales of 2 dolls. Now to truly start searching for a doll that would fit my female while elf character so I'll be ready to order her after my Mei sells. Woot!

Two days of drafting a pattern, making a mock-up of the shirt (and accidentally putting the wrong sides together every several times), adjusting the pattern, making the final shirt, learning that although I didn't put the sleeves' pieces' wrong sides together, I put the collar's wrong side to the shirt. XD

That was quickly fixed and now I have a super frilly cute shirt for Yuubris! AND I used my mom's sewing machine without too many issues. Onward to the pants! Then the coat!

Do you love Zelda? I love Zelda! Legend of Zelda is awesome! Motion control Zelda is even more awesome! You can shoot sword beams! And roll bombs! And it's cool! I want it now. But I suppose I can wait for next year.

I do believe I just placed the order for the test print of my pattern book! If everything prints out okay, that is not too dark, then it will be ready to sell! It all got down to figuring out I was trying to put out the wrong end of the idea, not so much wrong but sideways perhaps. Took more of a DIY attitude.

Doesn't mean I won't be making more, I have a sort of Time Lord idea, it's just finding the actual time to do some of the work. Spend more time taking pictures for the book, and playing let's get the Volks dolls to stand up, then writing and making diagrams. Shipping should take a month so we'll know by then.
