Car inspection today. Trying a different garage, for the sole convenience of the mall being right across the street, so I don't have to worry about getting a ride to/from the garage and can kill time waiting without boring myself to death.

On the other hand, not quite so sure I trust this place. I've had Dealings with them before. But they did install my new tires without a hiccup so they CAN actually get stuff right. Too bad the garage right up the street from my house has such a shoddy reputation. THAT would be convenient. But everyone I've ever talked to has said stay faaaar away from those people, 'cause they're just all-around assholes. It does make me wonder how they've managed to stay in business so long. I guess if you're not a woman, you're safe enough to do business there. Pfft.

Loving The Next Day music video - it's still weird, but in a way that I enjoy rather than the just plain odd style that Where Are We Now had

Woo - Hujoo Freyr arrived today - and coincidentally the 3 pairs of random eyes I'd ordered did too - there's one pair that perfectly match what I'd been semi-planning for him! Not entirely sure what I'll do with the turqoise eyes or the strange shade of green/brown pair, but I'm sure something will come up

Still here... Just thought I'd check to say I haven't forgotten the board or the hobby. I'm just focused on the "Dad thing" and while I technically have time for the hobby, getting anything photographed is proving to be a challenge. Oh and the Mrs. and I recently found out that bun #2 is in the oven, so if I think things are challenging now, just wait 'til later this year! And yes, #2 was planned. We're not getting any younger so we agreed to try and have our kids close together.

Meanwhile, I have some tentative plans for a photostory and I even have some of the characters lined up, although I need to wait for Azone's Asuna/Titania to be released later this year. Will I actually get this in front of the camera before "Baby-apocalypse" hits? Ummmm...

I've only been to Sea World in San Diego a handful of times and apparently it's been the exact same Shamu every time. She's a girl, her real name is Corky, and the time I went to Marine Land guess who was performing? What makes me feel old is the baby Shamu we talked to is all grown up.

So, anyone need a good Twilight Zone or something?

Well, we found a house we might make an offer on. Guh, moving will be stressful. My magical anywhere couch is coming with me though! hehehe... husband wanted to get rid of it. I was like, "nooo, not my precious couch." *cling*

Sabik!! Gah - sooo pretty! And he's in Soom's older pale yellow normal resin rather than the bright pink new one! Hooray!

His floating SuperGem head is... very pink (possibly even pinker than Dollzone pink) and slightly annoying, the jointed hands kit is a shade between the two - it's noticeably more pink than MechaAngel Sabik, but a lot lighter than SG head... Hmm...

its funny... I'm coming to terms with the job I might get, and thinking "well now I can get new tattoos and maybe start thinking about new dolls, and if I don't have time to sew, I can always see about buying some higher quality stuff" which probably means I won't get the job after all XD

I accidentally imported the contents of my backup into iTunes, so now I have random sound effects mixed in with my music. XD
