I have tried. I had Ortho, neuro surgeons, rheumatologist s all write letters. The big personnel office thinks they have medical degrees. I gave up. I did wear my Oxfords today, which keep me from walking on my ankles.

Dollykim, my coworkers tell me I walk like I am going to stomp someone, as in get in a fight. I normally am a very aggressive walker. I land heel first. Part of the problem was martial arts. I landed wrong every time we practiced flying side kicks. My fault but I did some permanent damage.

Btw, the X-rays turned out fine. No bone or vascular damage. No odd shadows, no arthritis damage (the right hip is different). Doc suspects I pulled the muscles and tendons from my gluteus Maximus to my knee. He said I have a bruise on the knee cap from the bathroom sink. I probably hit my hip on the credenza in late April, early May. I bump into things and never remember doing it.

Seriously seriously seriously look up the human spring approach and/or How I Got My Wiggle Back. If you correct the stomping and land on your feet correctly it could solve a good amount of your aches and pains. If you have a sound foundation to the building of your body then the rest can work as it should.

Before my set back with the car wreck I was beginning the foot unlocking stage and correcting how I walked. My feet weren't hurting as much and I was able to be on them more. If things had continued as they should have I could be unlocked by now and in to the strengthening phase. What got to me about the book was Anthony was in a similar boat with the joints on one side of his body giving him trouble, no energy, depression, and the other aches and pains associated with back problems. He was in his 40s when he got fixed and it took a realistic amount of time with results I feel I can reach.

Legally they can't do that - here in the states. It's against the law. Employers are required by law to make "reasonable accommodation" when an employee has a medical need.

*whines softly* We've got a new manager at work and... I don't really care for her to put it lightly. I'm hoping I get put in a different position soon. I really would rather continue to work somewhere I know people and know how things are done but if they can't work with my school schedule then I really will have no other choice. School has to come first, especially since this is such a pivotal part of my life.

Some managers don't give a flying fig about their employees' scheduling restrictions. Heck, a lot of companies don't either. In my senior year of high school I think I had the shortest employment on record when I was offered a job at a now defunct toy store and told that because I had turned 18 I would be required to work until midnight during the week. The manager not only didn't care that I was still in high school, he scoffed at me when I mentioned it. Since I was 18 he could make me work whatever hours he wanted me to, he said. I went home, talked to my parents (who flat refused to allow me to accept the job) and the next day, after school I went in as scheduled for my first day and told him I had to quit. He said I couldn't quit a job I never had and walked away. Great guy.

I hope your work ... works out for you!

OK, now I'm really fed up.

The Monster High repaint I sold on ebay still hasn't been paid for, so I opened a case against them to pay. I got a message saying "I'll pay in 2 weeks don't be impatient" when I had never agreed to that! I expect payment in 3 days if no other arrangement has been made and right now I need the money.

When I explained this to her I got a reply saying "Why did you repaint her?" :| I seriously think she is a child or something as the account is new and has 0% feedback.

GAAAAH! I just wanted to sell something I'd worked hard on to repaint! :'(

Eek - this is making me far more likely to put a clause in my sales stating: "Don't bid if less than 50 positive feedback"
I'd wondered when I started out on Evilbay why so many people had that, after reading that I think I know why - I really hope it works out!

It will work out, I had someone be snarky about saying they would pay within the time limit Ebay has established. Another time it took me sending messages with how to just send money via Paypal because they were fussing about the invoice and couldn't make the combined shipping work.

Did you look and see what the site its self says about when you have to pay?

I ALWAYS have problems with people with zero feedback to their name. I'm still fighting a case to a douchbag that wants us to refund him, but doesn't want to send back the toy. Hang in there and next time, just put something in your auction that says no to bidders with less than 10 feedbacks or something like that.
