My boyfriend has been looking for her for hours all night long and he saw her running around several times, and she wouldn't come to him. He woke me at 5.30 am this morning to tell me he'd seen her and then went to bed, while I got out of bed and continued the search. I saw another cat sitting in front of a bush like a cop, like it was keeping another cat from fleeing from that bush, and when I started calling out Mila's name she responded from the bush. I shooed the other cat away and out of the bush came Mila. She's skinny but she looks healthy otherwise. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It might not be just your hip so you'll want your doctor to look at your knees and feet too. One joint being a problem might mean you're out of alignment in a whole system of joints. Do you have trouble walking? Do your shoes wear evenly or do certain places or one foot wear more than others? Did you look at the human spring approach? You Tube http://www.youtube.com/user/TeamDoctorsCenter Just the walking with my toes pointed forward has helped me quite a bit.

My heels and ankles kill me to walk. I am not allowed to wear proper shoes at work. Dress shoes ONLY. Oxfords are even frowned upon and those are MUCH better than dress flats. I have people complain to my admin office that I wear Doc Martens. For SHAME! We can wear jeans so it isn't like the dress code is terribly strict except for footwear.
