Oh, it was in 2009, she was such a unique sweet cat though. I didn't want new cats for a long time after her. I have found kitty luck again though with the two kittens we adopted a few months ago ;)

I looove your pretty bengals <3

-edit- question to everybody here: do your cats appreciate an occasional bellyrub? I have always learned that cats don't enjoy their tummies being touched, but both of our kittens spread all fours when we touch their bellies lol.

these are my adopted fuzzbuts. the black one is Khel and the grey is El. they were a friends but he had to give them up for adoption since he was moving for work. so we are fostering them till he wants them back, basically.

@Evelien: ours like bellyrubs, but it's on a short timer. you can get in a few pets and then they think it's playtime and bite ya.

My baby has gotten to where he really likes belly rubs. He used to hate them. :C He seems to only tolerate them from me and sometimes my SO though. He's really become rather snuggly with age, lol.

One of my cats really loves it a lot, the other one, eh not so much. She likes to recoil on your hand and kick with her feet haha

My cat Siggy loves belly rubs, Jhana on the other hand spazzes out when you touch her belly. She doesn't like her face touched either, she rarely nuzzles. Both are rescue cats from a crazy bengal breeder. Siggy is the most chill cat ever, Jhana on the other hand is a little high strung. Then again she was 6 months old when we got her Siggy was only 3...

I'm not sure if my cat likes belly rubs or not. He just gives me a weird look but does nothing. Maybe he's just too lazy? xD
He enjoys being patted on a head and having his chin rubbed, though.

Our cats can stare at me as if I'm the stupidest person they've ever seen. They make me feel shy sometimes

My cats only let me rub their bellies. They present tummy up when they want them from me but anyone else that tries it risks being bitten from what I've seen. They let me get away with almost anything. Claw trims, hair cuts, ear cleaning, shots and pills if necessary, whatever needs doing, but I'm the only one who can get away with that shiz. It's a Mommy thing. I raised them both from very, very young. They like other people sometimes, but they are very picky about who rubs their bellies apparently. My girl, she about adores my Dad, but he still doesn't get to rub her belly. I think it's just a question of knowing them and exactly how to do it. I've got the magic touch when it comes to cats, all animals actually, and they usually pick up on that real quick. I give good belly rubs, grin.
