I used to just have all my face-up materials in one little container, but I've recently aquired some more stuff (elastic, hemostats, a craft knife, stuff) and didn't really have a place to store it, and this thread made me look at my old accordian sewing box differently! I got it for Christmas last year and didn't really do anything with it, I don't have any pictures yet but the box itself looks exactly like this: http://gohlikim.com/2011/11/retro-sewing-box/ It's nice because I can carry it around, I don't really have a consistent spot where I can work.

There's a compartment for my watercolor pencils and brushes, another for my acrylics, one for my pastels and q-tips and toothpicks, one for my elastic and hemostats, one that is a perfect size for my three cans of MSC, one where I keep my spare pair of MNF hands and BBB heel feet and handmade hooves and the bag of bits from my 1/6 Obitsu, and in the bottom I've got a couple wigs, my eye box, extra putty, 1/4 pointe feet and a spare pair of scissors. There's more stuff I use with my dolls, but the sewing stuff and beading stuff has its own places. Though that all could use reorganized when I've got more energy. Just putting all the stuff in the sewing box wiped me out. @_@

It's nice having a place for all that stuff where I'll be able to find it, and now the box itself isn't just taking up space. ...Funnily enough, now my face-up stuff and all is more easily accessible than their clothes. *facepalm*

I have 3 tackle boxes, 1 small rubbermaid box and 3 shelves on a standing rubbermaid storage cabinet. :/ That and some random items that are just out and about, such as my large box of pastels. I'll try to get some pics taken though! ^__^

My pastels, pencils and paints are all in a big drawer (I have many many drawers full of creative/artsy supplies and stuff) and then I have boxes full of wigs, rooting hair, eyes and eyelashes, a sewing box, a box full of stuff I can use when crafting like ribbons, felt, buttons and zippers, three big plastic bags and a box full of different fabrics, restringing tools lying around the room, ugh, I wouldn't know where to begin when taking pictures...

My box just exploded. I have now acquired so many paints and brushes that the lid doesn't fit, and I have to keep my sealant somewhere else...I need new boxes for their clothes, props, and faceup stuff. And then I need new boxes for my clothes and "props"!
A trip to the Container Store is in order ;)
