Ok, so to update, this situation is STILL not resolved!
I returned the SECOND wrong doll back in mid october. According to delivery confirmation the seller received my return on October 23rd. Since then I have sent two different messages through Ebay and had absolutely no response to either. So today I filed an official request for assistance from Ebay. I'm damn tired of waiting to get the frigging doll I bought!
Honestly, these people need to seriously work on their customer service.
