The new Jem and the Holograms doll was FINALLY available for shipping to me on Walmart's website! Yay! I've been holding out buying her secondhand for MONTHS hoping she'd be available for shipping in my area.

I know, I'm so excited! She's the first doll I've purchased basically since the Monster High days that's just for collecting purposes and not for a custom.

Update: She's here and I'm obsessed!

I've seen her in the wild, she's a nice balance of the look of the 80s cartoon with the more "realistic body" of many of today's dolls.

I'd be more interested if I didn't already have a herd of Liv dolls and Jem and company colored wigs for them. That was one buying spree with foresight that I've never quite regretted, along with snagging all the used ones I've ever found.
