ooooh, boy. This was quite a long time sewing. Hurrah for Netflix.
Someday, when I've recovered, I'll make another one. More steampunk-i-fied!

ah. I have a secret weapon. My vintage ruffler/pleater attachment on my old Singer machine.
Even though it makes lovely pleats, it still takes a lot of ironing to turn the results into pretty pleats.
