In celebration of 11-12-13, being the Doctors are British, Elebenty and River Song host a party. Everyone is allowed to bring a guest.
Seven brings his One True Companion Tracey, Ten brings his OTC Georgia.

Most of it is not having shoes that fit, or having enough to go around, or shoes that go with their outfits. If the shoes are soft plastic they aren't left on incase they leach and cause problems which happened with the PTE guys.
