Given her explanation in an earlier strip... err comic... It makes sense, if you were never taught to feel shame for showing off your body, then the only purpose clothes have is protection from damage (bad weather, less/more than ideal temperatures, etc) and maybe entertainment for dressing up, but she doesn't seem like the dressing up for fun kinda person.

It's only a problem because she's on a different page then the universe at large. ^.~
