AHHH Ah-HA! K2 REDID the last three or four frames to make the story clearer!
K2's comment (behind the scenes)..."Actually those are both the "Flesh and Blood" (vinyl and ABS?) versions of those two. Jazz is learning the real world "B&E" trade from Ice and Ice hires Jazz for doing research. Ice does not have an electronic avatar. She used to have Hyatt do all the electronic work. Jazz's electronic avatar has the long black hair.
So we're seing Jazz daydreaming about a previous job she went on with Ice, while her files are downloading"...
is now much clearer. Because the storyline HAD occasionally included "inside the Digital realm" adventures (the kidnapping of Pinky, the battle in her realm, the search for information of the lost pet carrier, the rather... er... pneumatically bulbous... 'adventures' of Nyoko-chan) I had assumed this. However, it's not that... it's a daydream.
For the whole fight (in RL and in the DR) I refer you to Episode 79 "Miss Direction"
http://madhvinyl.com/adventures/079-088/079.htmlFor the whole "pet Carrier Lost" incident, I refer you to Episode 095 "International Incident (which leads up to the rescue of Miyuki)
http://madhvinyl.com/adventures/089-099/095.htmlBut more specifically to the "In the Digital realm" segment Episode 102 "Dumb Luck" which introduces Jazz

which leads (after an interim) to Episode 123 "Gateway" where Jazz enters the Digital Realm and meets Noriko and Nyoko.
http://madhvinyl.com/adventures/115-128/123.htmlTHANK YOU K2 for clearing that up!
