So, I will say that Obi Wan Hyatt looks a lot more like her younger version than Alec Guinness looks like Ewan McGregor. So, is the white hair just an indicator of age? Or does it imply that some purified piece of Hyatt (purified of her negative traits?) remains viable inside Anna Marie? White is a symbolic color of purity after all.
Then again it's also the symbolic color of death in Japanese culture too so I guess it could mean that too - simply that Hyatt truly is dead and this is no more than a dream in which Anna Marie casts people she knows in movie roles.
Or, maybe, going back to the idea of purity, it's an angelic symbol - both death AND purity.
or maybe I'm just bat-shit crazy tonight and Karl didn't have any other color wig to use so he pulled that one out of a box.
