I need some 1/6 men's underwear that look like this. Any ideas?

Well, how hard it would be to make depends on whether you want the wienee hole to be functional, or just decorative. I have a pattern for that type of undie, but it's for 1/3 scale dolls and even at that size it looks to be a bit of a challenge to make the flap real.

The flap doesn't need to be functional. Do you think I could reduce the pattern that you have to fit a 1/6 doll?

Possibly. The one I have I think has a mock flap....I'll have to look for it which might take a day or two - I'll let you know when I find it
