being inspired, and having some original character ponies running around, I'd though I'd give it a shot!
I apologize for the crappy focus and lighting, its pretty dark in here.
first thing, changing a fluttershy into noodle, the noodle loving pegesus
Image
trimmed off her mane and tail and sculpted new ones so far.

next, maya, the overworked weaver of cloth!
this was a plumsweet, with an altered nose to make it a little bigger, and downturned ears.

I rather like the color of this one's mane, so once the milliput sets, I will curl and steam the mane and tail and try to get it a bit more fluffy like here http://sketchbook-toybox.tumblr.com/pos ... at-wont-go

both I'm going to just try and use paint only for eyes, cutiemarks and covering up any apoxie, while shading and adding color with pastel, because its pretty relaxing and brushmarks make me insane. you have no idea.

anyway, what do you guys think so far?

The downturned ears are so cool.

I was surprised how easy the plastic was to slice through.

These turned out excellent. I'm in love with Maya's little droopy ears.
